  1. Please stop referring to the Duchess of Cambridge as Kate Middleton. She has not been Kate Middleton for over a year.

  2. I agree with you is as irritating as when people kept calling William's mother Lady Diana after her marriage or Princess Di after the divorce...both names incorrect.
